Computer mediated communication and gaming analytics

Ludus laboratory in Tampere University, is for observing human behaviour in parallel. There are 10 sound-insulated cubicles where 10 simultaneous participants’ behavior can be recorded for later analysis when they are engaged in activities through networked computers. Possible activities include competitive or collaboartive online gaming, online education and media consumption situations. Synchronized screen capture, video, audio and physiological measures such as heart rate and skin conductance can be recorded and analysed for all participants.
