Volumetric capture studio

The volumetric capture studio at CIVIT, Tampere University Hervanta campus, is from Mantis Vision. The technology is based on an array of cameras digitizing a person, object, or a scene into a 3D model, which can be reproduced as a high-quality image. Volumetric video technology allows the capture of a moving object as a 3D model sequence to be viewed from any viewpoint creating a spectacular immersive viewing experience.
